Wired Sugar flower Class - Tues 6th Feb 12.30-3.00pm £75

Would you like to learn the art of creating delicate and lifelike sugarflowers to decorate your cakes.
In this class we will be working with fine flowers paste, creating wired leaves and petals which we will then colour to bring to life with a range of petal dusts. 
Finally we will bring them together into individual arrangements, the perfect finish for a pretty cake! This class is an ideal introduction to wired sugarflowers and especially if you are considering a more advanced sugarflower class such as the one we are offering with Ben the Cake Man.
